There are two coaching program for leaders whose coaching is sponsored by their organisation.
The Executive Program is a six-month engagement comprising seven 90-minute coaching sessions, with unlimited support between sessions. It is designed for C-suite executives and senior leaders navigating complex leadership challenges.
The Leadership Program is a three-month engagement comprising four 60-minute coaching sessions, with additional support between sessions. It is ideal for leaders seeking focused development around a specific challenge or transition.
HR professionals and sponsoring managers are welcome to arrange a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss the needs of their executive or senior leader and explore the most appropriate program. Your coachee is also welcome to book a free initial consultation to see if we are the right fit. .
To ensure clients are fully committed to the coaching process, program fees are payable in full before the first session.
